This is still under development, but it seems the most promising module for doing this in D7 is Date iCal. See https://drupal.org/node/1721678

For now, though, your best bet is probably just a embedding the google calendar in a regular page :-\

( though the question was asked three years ago, this might help anyone now, so...)

With any iCal link, you can create a calendar in Google Agenda and share it publicly if you wish.

On your own Google Agenda (your account will not be visible), just create a new Agenda (in the Other Agendas part on the left) in which you will use your iCal feed as the link-source. If you make it public, you can then just share the link on your web site (Google Agenda offers a few ways of integrating your agenda on a web site).

True example : my iCal feed, created by the Calendar module here, only shows the upcoming events. I create a Google Agenda with that feed and it works great.

Only issue is Google Agenda does not add a link to the node or site for some reason that I need to figure out (yet links do show up fine in an iCal software).
