Set empty tab titles to "inactive/non-clickable" without hiding them?

Hi everybody,

sorry if this been already asked or even answered, but I really could'nt find it.

Key Facts:
Drupal 6.26
Views 6.x-2.16 using data from CCK 6.x-2.9
Quick Tabs 6.x-3.1
(Display via Mini Panels and Panels, what probably doesn't play a role, anyway.)

So far everything works wonderfully and stable.

However, instead of completely hiding empty tabs with no CCK/Views content - including also their tab titles - I would rather keep the tab titles visible, but set the tab titles to "inactive", make them unclickable, grey them out or so.

Is there any way to achieve something like that?
