Integrate simplenews on regular html page outside of Drupal

This question may have been raised in the past. I've got a Facebook Theme installed that points to Facebook, and I've got a Drupal 7 website installed on my actual web server with simplenews installed. I'd like to find out if there's a possibility to embed the simplenews sign up process under Facebook, outside of Drupal if that's possible, I'd greatly appreciate your
guidance or a helpful hint. Thanks in advance! You can see the test site up here:

When you scroll to the bottom you can see the Newsletter section where I'd like to replace the default with the simplenews info.
