After entering my bitcoins server info in the payment method settings, after I hit save and leave the page, when I go back none of what I entered was saved. Checkout errors out because of this.

Im running bitcoin-qt with the bitcoin.conf in the right place w/ the username and password. Forwarded port 8333 and 8332 on my router to this PC. In drupal, I put my IP as the server address. Is this the correct way to to set it up?

and, is your bitcoin-qt running?

can you telnet into your bitcoint-qt on that port?

Another option is to run bitcoind on the same server as your webserver.

And then put in a forwarding address (bitcoin key) so any BTC that arrives on your bitcoind is immediately sent on to another machine

I'm not sure how to setup bitcoin on my hosts web server.

bitcoin-qt was running on my PC though. Everytime I entered my information into the module, and then left the page.. when I go back to the module settings, all the info I entered is gone. Not sure what I'm doing wrong... and I'm not sure how to telnet :x

sounds like its the wrong connection information, what options did you run bitcoind with?

I have the same problem. It is very simple to repiclate. Enable the module, go to the settings page. Fill in some stuff. Then hit 'Save Configuration'. The settings wil show up correctly. Now go back to the payment method page and select settings. De settings don't show up

I wanted to save with an external provider, but the settings are not saved at all, it seams.... I didn't setup a local bitcoind

Was it blockchain.info or another bitcoind?
