"Show activity for the displayed user on the user profile page" option working partially

I have checked the option "Show activity for the displayed user on the user profile page" in the user activity block that I have activated to be shown on the content page, the block is correctly showing only the user information (well the few it reach to catch, only node rules are working) but it's appearing everywhere.

I set Show block on specific pages -> Only the listed pages -> user/* but that partially correct the problem because if I access user/#/edit, user/#/relationships, user/#/heartbeat/siteactivity, user/#/pubdlcnt, etc. it still shows on top (btw, why on top and not respecting the position of the blocks?)
