Can we get the module name to match the project name? Is there a reason it doesn't? I use this module in a feature module and installing it through drush gives errors when it tries to get release history for 'shortcut_per_role' and I have to manually enter the project name of 'shortcutperrole' each time to download. Thanks.

Hello @dalu

This warning isn't related to module. You can check that: #2487215: How to fix "The following module is missing from the file system..." warning messages. That error has started appearing after 7.50 core update.
