I no longer have access to update testbots

- My pubkey seems to only get me into one of the testbots in supercell (nothing d.o infra can fix directly).
- I do not have access to ssh drupaltesting.org and update puppet configuration (also may not be withing infra control)

I may just have to wait then until rfay or jthorson come online.
