I don't know that this is an SEOTOOLS error, but I'm experiencing it when trying to install SEOTOOL using the Apps and LevelTen Apps modules.

I've gotten this to work fine when installing on a drupal installation where the hosting account only had 1 domain. I get errors when trying to install
this to a drupal installation that is in a subfolder. My hosting is GoDaddy and the hosting account is set up with this structure:

somedomainname.com (this domain name isn't used by any websites)
/website1.com
/website2.com
/website3.com

The primary domain name for the hosting account is somedomain.com. It also hosts the website1.com, website2.com, and website3.com domains and they live in subfolders.

When trying to install SEOTOOLS in website1.com, the "updates download successfully" and "To continue, provide your server connection details". All of the domains point to the same IP address and the hosting account redirects the domain to the right subfolder. Regardless of what I enter into the FTP Connection Settings and especially the Advanced settings, I get this error:

"Warning: ftp_connect() [function.ftp-connect]: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known in FileTransferFTPExtension->connect() "

The only thing I can think of is that FTPing to any of the domains using my FTP tool brings me to the root of the primary domain and not the subfolder. I have to specify the subfolder in my FTP tool and I don't think I can do that with SEOTOOLS install.

Also, I created an additional FTP account that defaulted to the subfolder for the website domain and that doesn't help.

Does anyone have any ideas? Do I need to adjust my hosting settings? What should I be entering in the advanced portion of the FTP Connection Settings on SEOTOOLS?

Thanks!
