Hi,

There doesn't seem to be a technical requirement to have the dependency on User Relationship UI for the Mailer component. I'm proposing to remove it so it's possible to maintain the mailer functionality and still avoid to enable UI module.

Hum... strike that, the links sent into the mails are links to pages declared by UserRelationship UI. This issue is just plain wrong. My bad.
