I have a few quick questions regarding viewing Drupal calendar iCal feeds in Google Calendar.

  1. I have added an argument of Calendar: iCal Feed to my Calendar view. This gives me the little iCal icon at the lower right corner of all my calendar views. I copied the iCal link, and added it to my Google Calendar, but I do not see any of my entries. I read an earlier issue thread about a similar symptom, but it seemed to indicate that the fix for this had already been implemented into the module code. Is there something I am doing wrong, or do I need to apply a patch to make this work?
  2. The iCal icon always seems to conform to the particular view I am looking at (for example, if I am looking at the month of August, then the iCal icon has the url calendar/2007/08/all/ical). I would prefer that the iCal link provide ALL the dates on the calendar, not just those that conform to the particular view the user is looking at. Can that be done?

Thanks for any advice anyone can provide.

I've searched, but haven't found answers to this elsewhere. If anyone is aware of another post that will answer this, can you please point me in the right direction?

I must say, I'm also looking for the ability to bring together Google calendar and the Drupal calendar module. I'm disappointed to see that you haven't made any progress with this. Do you, or does anyone know of a way to integrate a calendar that would perform some of the Google calendar features? Specifically I'd like people to be able to sign-up for a notification before an event.

These are several completely different issues which makes it impossible to address in one thread. I think I see the following issues:

1) How do I get my Drupal events to show up on my Google calendar?

2) How can I change the way my ical feed works so it will show all dates instead of just the current month (this is unrelated to Google, BTW)

3) How can I incorporate Google features into my Drupal calendar?

The first one is a support question that already has been asked. Please search for an existing issue, or open a new one if all the previous Google calendar issues are closed. To give you any help on that, I'll need you to paste a copy of the ical your calendar is creating so I can see why it might not be showing up on Google.

The second is a feature request. Please open a separate issue for that.

The third is (maybe) a feature request. It is pretty unclear exactly what you want. Please open a separate issue and explain more completely what you are looking for.
