Allow use of rendered_file formatter in file_display (More lenient recursion_queue please)

At the moment it looks like the $recursion queue check that goes on in file_entity_field_formatter_view() is so strict that it doesn't allow you to make greatly intelligent use of the 'rendered_file' in other view modes.

I propose we decrease it's checks to allow recursion as long as it's for a different view mode.
