Send test sms

I have install the module along with Clicktell.
I have succefuly register Clicktell and add phone number to a test user - SMS was send to my phone from Clicktell.

But, How can I test if sms are send from the website?
I have created different rules and each time I get error.

What is the best way to just check things are working?
