Usability improvement on Manage Questions screen

We've been doing a lot of work with clients recently inputting quizzes. On the "Manage Questions" screen, the module presents a list of the question types that you can add, and next to each one is a small green "add" icon. Newcomers to the system, and regular users consistently try to click on this icon to add questions before realising that they need to click the name of the question type.

Can we either:
a) Make the icon clickable
b) Remove it
