Hi,
I just started with Omega, very promising, but in other themes I used to add custom div with img into page.tpl.php. Is any way I can achieve this in Omega, there is no page.tpl, only in alpha, but it is very rudimentary. If anyone can point me to any documentation I will be thankful. I am still in learning phase !

Yes, I know this handbook and few more articles. What i couldn't find there is, is it good practice (acceptable) to place page.tpl.php into my subtheme from alpha and edit it. Typicaty overriding, but may be in omega is another way to achieve the same result ( I am not talking about preprocessing )
