403 Access Denied while adding an item to own dashboard

When clicking the "Add Issues for Drupal.org Testing (.phar) to dashboard" link (https://drupal.org/homebox/js/dashboard/add/project_issue/issue_cockpit?...) on this page in order to add the item to my own dashboard just now, I got a 403 access denied error.
