Fatal error: view::destroy() on admin/build/block page

I am getting this error on block page and i have already tryed the solutions that other people suggested in previous issues but these didnt help. it works if i disable the cache on admin/build/views/tools page. If i set cache to none for all displays and enable the cache on admin/build/views/tools the error appears. I tryed to disable all blocks on block page but it didnt solve the problem neither.
