Hello, I have started to use the latest -dev release of the jquery_update module. As part of the development, they removed the constant JQUERY_UPDATE_REPLACE_PATH in this commit. That constant is still in use in ctools, so this is a heads up that it might need to be modified to support the new path generation method. See the ctools_js_replacements() function in ctools.module.
