Apps can be downloaded (Updates downloaded successfully) but then the message: Unable to continue, no available methods of file transfer. What should I do?

EDIT: My server requires an SFTP connection.

I have "Document different ways to install" read and ssh2 php extension installed on the server. I can now install the apps via SSH.
