For example:

If I created a menu (user/%) on Drupal back-end for menu_block, in sub level, it works when I visiting it's siblings, but when I visit user/%, the menu_block disappeared.

I looked into the code, and find a solution, but I think I still need somebody to review my code.

It's about the logic of checking menu in menu_tree_build. Similar issue could be http://drupal.org/node/1339042, but totally different.

This is a bug for menu_block to Drupal core.
