From #1468556: How is this module coming along?

we get "Error, see message: INVALID_INPUT" message having entered random letters into the field. This message seems a bit superfluous as we also get the expected "The VAT number is invalid..." error message.

As this is going to be a Europe wide module it would also be good to start adding translation.

yes. i had some issues in where i can define this INVALID_INPUT message.

ok invalid input will be removed in the next version when i push it. what do you mean with adding translation? you mean *.po files?

Yes I did start to have a look at how to make a .po file and where to put it.

i think there is a template extractor module for that. but in general starting translation only makes sense if have final t() strings

Hi ther, thanks for this module!

I can't use it: it doesn't recognize the country... I change the normal fields that's maybe why... Doing it again on another instance of Kickstart.
