Fix for http://drupal.org/node/511182.

Fix for http://drupal.org/node/365177.  A div has been added immediately after
the body element.

Added the info file for Drupal 6 compatibility.  Removed the template.php
file which was only used for declaring the zones in the theme.  This is
now handled by the info file.  Also update page.tpl.php for Drupal 6
compatibility.

Added the image files.  Forgot to add them in the CVS earlier.
