popup link with colorbox

Hi everybody. I would like to know if this is possible with this Module.

I have a view made with Views in a panel, and in my view .tpl file I put a link that I want to open a confirm popup dialog with an Accept that redirect to an other page, and a Cancel that close popup.
Is this possible with this module? How could I get this adding in my tpl?
Is there an other alternative if this not possible?
