FTP Problem

I have installed from scratch on open enterprise server, linux aruba. I arrived at the end of the installation that asks me FTP access. Not knowing that I gave chiedento same server credentials to Aruba. Although I just found error.
I tried so not login on the site http://www.wite.it/openenterprise/index.php but I get this error page broswer

This page is not redirecting properly

This problem is often caused by block or by the refusal of cookies.

I looked and cookies are enabled

I notice that appears on the address bar this address here
http://www.wite.it/openenterprise/?q=it/it/it/it/it/it/it/it/it/it/it/it...

How to solve this problem?
