Jacine -- It looks like you are currently listed as co-maintainer (with sun) of "Markup", and sole maintainer of the "HTML 5" initiative. Do you know who might be replacing you (assuming both are still needed)? Is the HTML 5 initiative still on-going?

Really sad to be making this patch, but also very good to know its a considered decision. I wish you all the best, and hope to catch you at a event some time :)

This patch completely removes the HTML5 section of MAINTAINERS. Is that intended or should it just be empty?

It was under "Initiative owners", I don't think this is continued as initiative so it should be fine to be removed. I am sure people work on it, but its not an official thing anymore since no one is actively leading it up.
