i have tried using chrome, safari, oepra, firefox, anonymous users display differently than log-in users. This is not my expected. Bartik 7.14 was using.

richardp CreditAttribution: richardp commentedWeird! All I can figure is that you must have some module, affecting your CSS, which based on its permissions anonymous users are affected by it.
If you disable Arrange Fields, does the email field still change size between logged in and anonymous?

richardp CreditAttribution: richardp commentedHmmm. If you have disabled and uninstalled Arrange Fields, I don't possibly see how AF could be affecting the field size. Have you complete deleted the entire AF folder as well?
It seems to me that you have either (1) different CSS loading depending on user type, or (2) a cached CSS somehow, which only affects anonymous users (this is the normal way Drupal's cache works).
