Make multiple value select more obvious

Problem:

As a new administrator of the module, i found it difficult to figure out how to save multiple values in the field settings.

Solution:

- Change the legend wording of the dropbox, to make it more obvious as to enabling multiple values
- Add configuration gear to make finding configuration settings more obvious
