Get OpenBlog ready for a release

The following commits are the beginnings of getting the profile setup in a drush --drupal-org friendly format.

We can now build production instances like so:

drush make http://drupalcode.org/project/openblog.git/blob_plain/refs/heads/7.x-1.x:/build-openblog.make /path/to/instances

We need to remove the twitter module and libraries from the make file.

Okay, we're getting closer! Added in 7.x-2.x branch of the theme and updated everything. We just have to wait for a release of the theme to be built.

There is a dev release!
