I have first updgraded as explained in the guide : started by Barracuda 2.0.2 > 2.0.3 then by Octopus 2.0.2 > 2.0.3. Run everything as root. when i did the octopus upgrade some of my D7 sites were showing 500 error, so i decided to downgrade the octopus using my previous Octopus 2.0.2 bash file. The D7 sites that were showing errors came back but now D6 sites are down with 500 Error.
I d appreciate any advice helping me solve this issue and making everything work with Octopus 2.0.3.

Please follow existing issues and hints. You should never try to downgrade - it will not work and may cause further issues. Instead try to reboot and run the upgrade again.
