This is some great functionality, thanks very much. I decided to live on the edge a bit and run the unfinished 3.x code. Ran into a problem. Steps to reproduce:
Create a google analytics table view and add some fields to it. Try to sort the table, either by entering a default sort field or by clicking on the field title in the table. The result is that your views results go away.
I'm running the May 22, 2012 3.x code.
