I cannot get my forum content to stay within the boundaries. The content just overflows without line breaking. Naturally, this is very frustrating. I have attahced a picture below , and any help would be great. thanks

Where is it supposed to break? There are no spaces in there. Normal text breaks fine. Not sure what you're expecting to happen here...?
