The old default "Hide platforms with non-default profiles" should be forced as disabled

When log/custom_cron file is used to stop overwriting Aegir settings at admin/hosting/settings on upgrade and "Hide platforms with non-default profiles" option is enabled (the old default), it is not possible to display and use as a target any Drupal 7 platform with more than two install profiles. It went unnoticed before, because previously the "testing" profile was always deleted to avoid this issue, but we no longer delete it, so it causes unexpected confusion when "Hide platforms with non-default profiles" is still enabled.
