Enabled old cache backend integration module causes WSOD on admin/reports/status in D6 sites

It fails with error like:

We should force disabling this module and in the next release removing it completely to avoid issues.

We should also remove it from some old profiles/platforms where it was automatically enabled on site install, as otherwise all old platforms with added cache module will fail when provisioning new sites.
