Did you try to enable this module on site with Ajax Register installed? What happens then?

nothing happens. ulogin widget is not attached

Problem not in Ajax Register module. Your site doesn't include javascript for uLogin. Please, go to uLogin settings page and enable Delayed widget load type. I hope it will help.

@Spleshka, firstly Thank for this musthave module!

Ulogin widget now appears in Ajax L/R module but something wrong after redurecting trying - "mysite.com/ajax_register/login/ajax" page opening (full page) with some code in it (see screen).

What may it be?

It's not Ajax L/R issue - it's uLogin issue.
