As part of CRM-10007, the web-based upgrader for CiviCRM (CRM_Upgade_Page_Upgrade) has been split into more screens, and the current upgrade technique (using a fake call to CRM_Upgrade_Page_Upgrade) will break. Instead, one should use the new class CRM_Upgrade_Headless.
