Later upgrade drupal 7.12 to 7.14 when I create a snapshot I get this error (some shorted becouse repeat)

before to upgrade I don´t had none error, and I don't had more errors...

This bug is not related to the devel_demo module.

AFAICT it is a duplicate of #1224316: Custom collations in column definitions break the database dump entirely (files table uses utf8_bin since Drupal 7.14).

Seems to be an issue with Demo 7.x-1.0 (or whatever components it relies on) when used with Drupal 7.17-7.18. I used dev version and it worked fine (both creating snapshots and restoring).

Confirming the dev version does not cause the error, so something in the module is changed to make it work again.
