Releases for Commerce Funds

This release drops support for commerce_exchanger 1.0 and moves to version 2.0. It also implements support for Drupal 11:

• Issue #3423686 by Manikandan Era: Argument #2 ($moduleHandler) must be of type Drupal\Core\Extension\ModuleHandler
• Commerce funds transaction field type implementation for D > 10.1.
• Move from commerce_exchanger v1 to v2
• Few changes to default views.
• Pipeline few fixes + code base typo.

• Move to Gitlab-ci pipeline and drops Drupal-ci.
