Call-time pass-by-reference error in media_brightcove.install

This issue has been resolved on the dev branch, but not in the formal release. Here's the patch, in case anyone wants to use it in their builds.

PHP Warning:  Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated;  If you would like to pass it by reference, modify the declaration of [runtime function name]().
