Hi, I've created a patch to enable users to optionally use radio buttons rather than a checkbox for this field. The idea is this will force users to consciously make a decision about whether they want to opt into a list or not, rather than just skimming over and using the default option (which could have negative repercussions in both cases)

Can you review / consider rolling into the next release?

Any particular reason that this patch hasn't been pulled in to the module? It is quite a useful feature.
