Possibility to disable the buddylist feature [#155344]

If a user doesn't want to be added in other user's buddylists, s/he can do so in his profile by unchecking the corresponding option.

The code given in my patch (bicou - June 28, 2007 - 15:34) contained a bug where we couldn't add anyone as our buddy.
This new patch fixes this bug.
