Using version 4.5. Have 67 blog entries with six being listed per page in the pager. There should be 11 to 12 pages listed in the pager (on the bottom of the theme) but only 5 (pages 1-2-3-4-5) are being listed. On occasion 11 will show but it is not repeatable. Also when the pager is working properly the XML orange button appears otherwise it is missing.

If the archive block is enabled the calender can be used to display any of the blogs including the missing ones. So they are in the database, but not being displayed in the pager as pages after five.

Found node 7161 and tried the patch (pager_last.patch) to pager.inc but it did not have any effect.

Any suggestions on what to look for or any fixes that will resolve this issue will be most appreciated.
