After updating Token to version 1.0 the following error is thrown and the roles are not changed. Disabling Role Change Notify and the roles can be changed as normal. I would try to disable Token and test but its required by other modules.

That was fixed a zillion years ago, but no new release was created, sorry. I just created 7.x-1.1, which includes the fix, or you can use the dev release.

I thought I looked for past bugs, I must of missed it. Regardless thanks for the quick update to 1.1 it works like a charm.
