Some new ideas for shipping module

Some ideas for the shipping and it's price counting:

• by zones : users should be set where the pack should go (shipping address) (Country->Zone of the country eg. county/region) and the admin can assign price to a zone
• by weight : the pricing depends on the weight of the pack
• by flatrate : the admin should be set a common price of the
• discount/additional charge by quantity
• individual shipping price: the admin should assign individual shipping price for a product
• the tax rate of the shipping
• packaging fee

... and mix of these =) The admin should also check that the users should pay the lowest or the highest fee...
