The usual module updates

Warning: is you're upgrading from a previous version of Ferry AND the Rules module is enabled on your site, make sure you've read #2090511: <7.x-2.4 breaks site with "Fatal error: Class 'RulesEventHandlerEntityBundle' not found" before upgrading.

Some module updates (og, addtoany, apache solr modules...) and update to Drupal core 7.23

The usual module and library updates, new modules for geo-maps and a new module for exporting data from views.

• The usual module upgrades
• CKEditor 4.1 instead of 4.0.3
• Feeds_xpathparser has been added.

Mainly a version bump, although various modules have been upgraded.

• Update to Drupal core 7.21
• Update to CKEditor 4.0.2
• Added and enabled Admin_menu by default
• Fixed installation issue

Fix: plupload library 1.5.5 could not be retrieved from github, so continue using 1.5.4 instead.

This release fixes the installation proces on XAMPP for Windows, plus a translation overview fix for when the installation is done in another language than English.
And as usual, the release contains a few module upgrades.

As usual, a few modules updates + new modules Feeds, Job Scheduler and OG Extras
