Missing countdown admin config

I've tried the API and is perfect as embedded code in whatever node or block; btw, regarding one of the previous issues marked as active that I've seen on your recent list, it can be inserted in any panel. However - and it seems a minimum requirement - I'm not able to find how I can create a countdown through administration. In the README file is mentioned a link by the end that I can't identify in Drupal 7.
If it's possible then I wonder how I can match inserting several blocks of code and setting up through admin the associate event for each block (I may anticipate here while being in the dark).
If it's not, then it is a suggestion to add an admin menu hook to this very nice implementation.
