Hi:
I don't know if this is possible but if it's then apologies. I'll like to configure or add in somewhere when new users are registered a relation for a specific user and a specific role could be established and this relation can't be deleted so for example all created users should be friends of "admin" and this relation can't be deleted by users only by admin. If it's possible any help to get this work?

That's what the User Relationships Default module does. It however doesn't prevent from deleting these default relationships.
