Arises when using Switch Calendar to display something other than calendar (e.g. list).

Clean install of Drupal 5.1 with:
cck-5.x-1.5
views-5.x-1.6-beta5
calendar-5.x-1.4
date-5.x-1.5
cck-5.x-1.5

Admin > Blocks and enable 'Switch Calendar'
Views > Calendar
Select list (or table, node, ...) in switch block drop down, click submit, error.

Have tried calendar-5.x-1.x-dev but get "Call to undefined function: _views_get_default_views() in calendar.module" when selecting calendar view.

The 1.4 version may have errors, it's superceded by the dev version. Earlier versions of the dev version had the problem with that function, but it has been fixed somewhere along the line and works fine now.
