Handling view's fields

i am struggling with the views .i have changed row style as field in the ideas_listing page.and added all the fields except the subscription links.coluld any one suggest how to add the

idea1, idea2 screen shots shows work i have done yet .and the idea3 shows the requirment i need to achieve.
