that says it all really.
I'm not great a javascript, and I can't see what is not being inherited.
css and js both seem to be present in the subtheme

Try to learn from Danland subtheme, the problem mostly because there is somethings missing in your subtheme.

jenyum CreditAttribution: jenyum commentedI'm experiencing the same problem. I can see nothing missing in my subtheme, in comparison to Danblog. I tired copying over the scripts folder to my sub theme, but this doesn't solve anything.

jenyum CreditAttribution: jenyum commentedNever mind, I got it working. I had to disable primary links in the theme settings. (Should have already been disabled but something didn't translate correctly when I migrated the database) Then, I had to disable several other blocks that had ended up in the superfish region because the bottom region names have changed slightly since I last installed Danland, and this particular database was looking for the old names.
So, make sure you don't have any other blocks assigned to the Suckerfish Menu region. (Should only be "primary links" or whatever menu you want to show there) Then, make sure that primary links are not enabled in the theme settings.
