I did a fresh install of alphorn this morning and this issue was there when I installed. Basically the slideshow is a different width in Chrome than in Fire Fox. The normal width as specified is 1210px and that allows the edges of the slide show to line up with the edges of the areas above and below it. However when the same site is viewed in Google Chrome, the slide show is shrunk to 1180px in width.
I'm attaching two sections of screenshots to better show the issue.
I've gone over this with Firebug but I can't seem to figure the issue out. Any help would be appreciated.

Taxoman CreditAttribution: Taxoman commentedI am just lurking, havent tested the theme myself yet, but is there any technical reason why this should not be fitted to 960px initially, and then "scale up"? It is already fit for mobile, so why not make it useful within the 960 "grid with" by default? Or, should be an easily configurable admin setting to adjust that width.

Any fixes for this?
