- Simplify xspf_playlist_url() and enable custom base URLs to be passed
so the function can be called as needed from flvmediaplayer
- Update xspf_playlist_node_flvmediaplayer_file_use() to new arguments.
- Make $item_path arg optional in function
xspf_playlist_node_thumb_get() so that the function can be called for a
node per se rather than a playlist item.

* Move views implementation to xspf_playlist_node. Includes update code
  to ensure existing views work.
* Eliminate function xsdf_playlist_invoke, use module_invoke_all
  instead.
* Fix custom base URL handling to support non-clean URLs.

Various other minor tweaks.

This extensive patch converts xspf_playlist modules into a pure API
module, pulling node handling into a new xspf_playlist_node module and
thumbnail specific methods into xspf_playlist_thumb.

Includes update functions to import existing settings.

These changes should pave the way for new playlist implementations,
e.g., user-selected media.
